Inside Sales - Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service, up sale and answering product questions; suggesting information about other products and services
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information
• Following up with customers
• Maintains customer records by updating account information
• Resolves product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; discrepancy; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Provide quality customer service on every call
• Promote good listening skills
• Organize and prioritizes duties

• Post-secondary education considered an asset
• Bilingual written/verbal - English / French
• 2-5 years Customer Service & Admin experience, ideally in the Footwear/ Pedorthic and Orthopedic products considered an asset
• Experience with Sales Force an asset
• Will have experience in MS Office products; in particular Word & Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationship customers, co-workers
• Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Willingness to take on new tasks as they may arise
