Position: Lead Hand - Plastic Company

Type: Temporary to Permanent Placement


Duties:

• 2 – 3 years lead hand experience (Plastic Bottle facility an asset)
• Ability to supervise, lead and coach employees
• Complete knowledge, understanding, and respect of Safety and WHMIS
• Assign, prioritize and supervise work duties in order to meet schedules
• Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products
• Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment
• Atoma or Bekum Machine experience (An Asset)
• Operation of Machine

Qualifications: 

• High School Graduate
• 2-3 years lead hand experience
• Flexible team player, able to operate machine

Requirements:

• Valid SIN Card
• Picture ID
• Steel-toe shoes/boots


Additional Information: Tuesday-Saturday Shift, Sunday-Thursday Shift, or Weekends only

Salary and Benefits:  $11-14 per hour
